Leadership Community
We present Jesus to those who don’t know Him, and we pursue Him with those who do.
Everything we do begins and ends with Jesus. He is the common thread that weaves us together. We ask that our leaders have a growing relationship with Jesus, affirm a set of beliefs called our “doctrine,” and to embody the virtues written in Galatians 5 known as the “fruit of the spirit.” Those are the pre-requisites for leadership at Oasis. None of us are perfect, but we are building a community together where we can grow, get better, and make a difference in our world.
Sunday Services
The Sunday Services team is supported by Pastor Todd Davis and works together to create a safe place for people to explore faith, while also inspiring others toward a deeper, meaningful relationship with Jesus. If the church is a body, this team is the core.
Business Operations
The business operations team is spearheaded by Pastor Todd Davis and works together to steward the resources of the church. This team includes HR, Admin, Finances, Communication and Donor Development. If the church is a body, this team is the brain.
Connections
The Connections team is led by Pastor Sandy Byrne and helps reach people right where they are, while leading them to become fully engaged in the life of Oasis Church. If the church is a body, this team is the strong left arm.
Ministries
The Ministries team is supported by Pastor Bill Rose and helps ensure ministry is happening for people at every age and stage of life. If the church is a body, this team is the legs.
Lead Staff
The leadership community consists of multiple “teams” which are supported by our “lead staff.” Our teams are primarily made up of volunteers. We are a community of people who freely serve and give toward the vision so that people can have new life in Christ. We are all dedicated to Jesus, we love His church, and we love one another.

Join The Team
Want to be a part
of the leadership community?
We ask everyone to begin by simply signing up to serve on a team. You can find a simple volunteer role that suits your personality and abilities, and serve weekly, bi weekly, or monthly. As you grow and become familiar with the ins and outs of the ministry, then eventually you may invited to take on more responsibility with a leadership role.
