WHAT IS THE JAIRUS PROJECT?
The Jairus Project is a three year financial commitment to what God is doing in and through Oasis Church.
We meet Jairus in Luke 8. This man of great faith is responsible for the maintenance and happenings at the local synagogue. He’s also a father. His daughter is dying and in need of help. His love for the next generation and his great faith in who Jesus was compels him to seek out Jesus for miraculous healing. It’s through Jairus’ story that we see the three pillars of our commitment: faith, facilities, and the next generation.
This is The Jairus Project: a faith that grows, a stewardship that strengthens, and a love that leaves a legacy.
FAITH.
Participating in The Jairus Project grows our faith, both individually and collectively.
By opening our hearts to what God is doing in our community and giving sacrificially, we are growing our faith as we rely on God and surrender our resources to Him.
In addition to our individual growth, as we see The Jairus Project fund the growth of Oasis Church, it’s not just a physical building that is financed. The growth in physical footprint enables the growth in our ministries, which serve our church and our community as we present Jesus to those who don’t know Him and pursue Him with those who do. The ministry work helps people experience new life in Christ and flourish in their faith.
FACILITIES.
Stewarding our resources well strengthens us as a church.
The Jairus Project will enable growth in our facilities:
- widening Ralph Stephens Road as mandated by the Town of Holly Springs
- developing more parking spaces on our property
- build Phase II of our home — including an auditorium that seats 600 adults per Sunday service, classrooms for mid-week classes and gatherings, and facilities that allow us to serve our community
NEXT GENERATION.
We want the next generation to know that Jesus is worth everything.
In addition to expanding into Phase II of our building, we will upfit our existing space into space for our next generation ministries to grow and flourish. This includes modifying our current auditorium into a space for elementary schoolers to gather on Sunday mornings and our middle and high schoolers to gather for special services of their own.
But it doesn’t end there.
Investing in the next generation, building their understanding of who God is and how God has designed them, will impact every generation that follows. This is truly leaving a legacy that lasts.

KINGDOM EXPANSION
The Jairus Project extends beyond our walls and our property.
This commitment is to what God is doing in and through Oasis Church, and that includes making God’s name great and glorified beyond the limitations of our physical property.
We’re partnering with Adam and Morgan Johnson as they plant Turnaround City Church in Raleigh in early 2026.

You can be a part of what God is doing through Turnaround City Church.
At Turnaround City Church, we believe Jesus is building His church, and we get the joy of partnering with Him. As part of the Oasis family, we’d love for you to consider how you might join in on this construction journey as we plant in Raleigh.
BRICKLAYER.
This is for those who feel ready to be part of the foundational team. Think of it like laying the first bricks of a new building.
You’re saying, “I’m in from the ground up, ready to help shape Turnaround City Church as we launch.”
SCAFFOLDING.
Another way to join is what we might call the “scaffolding” role. Just as scaffolding supports the building process for a specific season, we’re asking if you’d commit to being all-in for nine months. This is the season leading up to and right after our launch.
After nine months, if you feel called to stay, that’s wonderful; if you feel led to return to Oasis, you’ll do so with our blessing. This is a defined season of support and involvement.
