Jesus is our chief shepherd and the common thread that weaves us together. We ask that our leaders have a growing relationship with Jesus, affirm a set of beliefs called our “doctrine,” and to embody the virtues written in Galatians 5 known as the “fruit of the spirit.” Those are the pre-requisites for leadership at Oasis. None of us are perfect, but we are growing, getting better, and making a difference in our community.
