“But the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid! Listen carefully, for I proclaim to you good news that brings great joy to all the people…'”

JOY TO THE WORLD, STILL

Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24

4 – 8PM

It’s the most wonderful time of the year – or is it? We talk about joy, hope, peace, and love, but it can be difficult to really see these when we’re facing impossible circumstances and caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season. But what if there was a gift that changed everything?

Take a step into a Christmas journey to uncover what it truly means to receive the gift of Christmas with the birth of Jesus Christ. With holiday happenings and interactive stations, we’ll step into the story of Christmas, prepare our hearts for the arrival of the greatest gift of all, and find that even in the midst of troubles and pain, there is still a reason to celebrate joy to the world.

Joy to the World, Still is a unique Christmas experience for all ages and stages of faith. Between caroling and cups of hot chocolate, you’ll journey through different stations as we take time to be still and celebrate the significance of Christmas — joy to the world, Christ with us.

This is a self-paced experience with hands-on, interactive stations designed to help you step into the wonder of the season. Most people can expect to spend about 45 minutes on campus. Register to join us today!

New To Oasis?

If it’s your first time to Oasis, you are our honored guest. We look forward to meeting you and want you to feel right at home.

Joy to the World, Still will be different than a regular Sunday morning gathering at Oasis Church. On Christmas Eve, you will journey through different interactive stations and experiences as we take time to immerse ourselves in the story of Christmas and celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Wear what you are most comfortable in. Most people dress casually at Oasis Church. Whether you’re breaking out your festive holiday sweaters or the kids want to come in Christmas pajamas, you are welcome. There is no formal dress code.

This special experience has been designed for people of all ages and stages of faith — including your children. With a special guide book so kids can collect stamps and fill their booklet throughout their journey, this is an opportunity for kids and parents to have conversations about Jesus together.

While registration is not required, registering helps our volunteer teams best prepare and have a space prepared just for you. You can register now by clicking here!

Please select an arrival window when registering. Then, plan to arrive at any point in the time slot you selected! While this is a free-flowing, self-paced event, registering in advance helps our teams best prepare for you. We anticipate that most people will spend roughly 45 minutes on property.

Christmas is the perfect time to come to church for the first time. Regardless of your experience with faith — some, little, or not at all — you will be welcomed and step right into the story of Christmas alongside us. This is designed to be meaningful to people of all ages and stages of faith, including no faith at all!

We will have our regular Sunday morning services on both Sunday, December 21 and Sunday, December 28. We invite you to join us at 8:30, 10:00, or 11:30 on any Sunday morning before or after Christmas!
