The Jairus Project is a three-year commitment to the future God is preparing for Oasis Church.

We are praying and raising the resources necessary for the final development of our property at 1828 Ralph Stephens Road. This includes:

  • the addition of our Phase II building, with a 550-seat auditorium for adult worship services
  • expanded parking lots to accommodate all the people God is bringing
  • transforming Phase I into offices and a space primarily used by Oasis Kids and Oasis Youth

Our heart has always been to make room for one more – because every person matters to God. From when Oasis Church started meeting in local schools in 2014, to moving into our existing Phase I home in December 2022, God has never stopped bringing people to Himself through Oasis Church. As people in every generation and every stage of faith are coming to know God and experience the flourishing of life in Christ, our current facilities have reached capacity. Completing the construction project to expand into Phase II enables us to steward the property that God has prepared for us, ensuring there is always space for the next person He brings.

We’re in the middle of the story God is writing.

God’s not done in this community. Over the years, God has brought thousands of people through our doors. People who are kicking the tires of Christianity, people who are hurting, people who are celebrating, rebuilding, or rediscovering their faith. It has always been our mission to present Jesus to those who don’t know Him and pursue Him with those who do.

As our town grows, we believe God is still at work. This is a community worth investing in. This church is where a teenager will find purpose. A family will find community. Kids will learn they are loved. Marriages will be restored. People will find rest. This space will be a true Oasis to the town of Holly Springs. We believe God is using our property for His Kingdom expansion. We want to have room for the next person to experience the life-changing power of God.

We desire to be faithful stewards of all God has given us… the people, the land, the dollars, and His presence. He has given us so much, and we want to be faithful with it.

Stepping into the future God is writing does not come without effort and resources. Your participation is essential to closing the gap between where we are today and the future God has for Oasis Church.

We anticipate the total Phase II project to total $7.5Million.

This includes expanding our parking lot, the construction and completion of the Phase II building that will connect to our existing building, the fixtures that go in the constructed building (like chairs and lights), and all construction related expenses with Town of Holly Springs permitting.

God has already been working  and providing financially for His plans at Oasis Church through people just like you. However, He's not done yet. Through the continued generosity of our entire church, we believe God will magnify our gifts into something that brings immense glory to His name.

Generosity isn’t about paying for a project. It’s about participating in something bigger than ourselves.

It’s saying, “God, thank You for what You’ve already done in my life. Use what I have to help someone else experience what I have…"

God invites us to be a part of the work He’s doing. Take a step and get involved today.

ONE TIME GIFT

I want to start my participation in The Jairus Project with a one time gift today.

PLEDGE

I am committing to the future God has for Oasis Church by pledging to give regularly to the Building Fund through December 2027.

UNIQUE GIFT

I want to donate stock, crypto, or use distributed funds from a retirement account.

The people who planted Oasis Church years ago weren’t planting for themselves. They were planting for us. Now it’s our turn. We are building for the person who will walk through the doors years from now.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Jairus Project is named after a man we meet in Luke 8. Jairus is responsible for the maintenance and oversight of the local synagogue. His role is to steward the facilities of the church. He’s also a father – his daughter is dying and in need of help. An encounter with Jesus radically changes his life and the future of his family – Jesus miraculously brings Jairus’ daughter back to life and full healing. This great faith in who Jesus is exemplifies the type of faith we long to have, a faith that grows and leads to action. Jairus’ love for his daughter, the next generation, is a love that compels us toward the future – knowing that this building a place for the next generation to see that Jesus is worth everything.

As we look at the future expansion, getting a loan from the bank is a part of our financial picture. The bank will look at our income to determine our financing capability, and the bank considers pledges as good as cash. Your pledges strengthen our financial picture overall.

We are currently in the pre-construction phase of our project. This includes working with the architect on tailoring the original designs drawn years ago to match our current and future needs, working with contractors to obtain actual cost estimates, and raising sufficient resources to complete the project. After we have raised sufficient funds and completed the pre-construction work, we can begin working with the Town of Holly Springs on permitting and beginning actual construction on the property.
This completely depends on when we have the funds to start moving forward on this project. We currently have a $1M "gap" in funding between our estimated total project costs and our anticipated donations. We are hoping to eliminate this gap through additional fundraising, enabling us to move forward in construction by January 2028.

Yes. We continually see God taking the faithfulness of His people and magnifying it into something beyond what we can imagine. Through your sacrificial gifts, regardless of the total dollar amount, God is building His church.
